November 2 – 23
When Jesus chose His twelve apostles, people were shocked. These men weren’t religious leaders or scholars—they were ordinary people with humble jobs and imperfect stories. Yet empowered by God’s Spirit, they became world-changers who carried the gospel to the ends of the earth.
In this series, we’ll look at four lesser-known disciples and see how God used their unique personalities, strengths, and struggles for His glory. Their stories remind us that God still loves to use everyday people to accomplish extraordinary things.

Matthew 9:9-13 | Week 3 | Pastor Rustin Rossello
We all have parts of our story we wish we could rewrite, and Matthew knew that feeling well. As a corrupt tax collector, he’d traded integrity for success and found himself isolated and ashamed. But when Jesus called him to follow, everything changed. Matthew’s story reminds us that Jesus meets us in our brokenness and can turn our mess into a message of hope.
