God Predicts Difficulty
Matthew 2:16-18 | Week 3 | Pastor Jamie Rasmussen
If Jesus came to bring peace, why does life still feel so hard? Why does God allow evil, and what do we do with the fear, grief, and exhaustion that often make us feel trapped? In Matthew 2, we’re reminded that Jesus was born into a world in conflict, and God’s kingdom and evil have always been at odds. This message explores why difficulty isn’t a sign that God is absent, but evidence that He is at work in a broken world. In the middle of chaos, suffering, and unanswered questions, God offers hope and comfort that nothing in this world can match.
