If you’ve ever wondered how your everyday life fits into God’s bigger story, you’re not alone. Led by our Global Outreach team, this class will help you see how God’s global mission connects with your purpose and daily relationships. Through engaging teaching, honest conversation, and practical application, you’ll explore foundational Christian truths and key elements of the Rooted material that will help you cultivate a heart for God’s work in the world. You’ll leave with greater clarity, confidence, and a renewed sense of how God is inviting you to participate in His mission.

(First Monday of the Month)

Join us each month as our Global Outreach Ministry hosts this special event where you can deepen your understanding of what God is doing through SBC around the world. Along with biblical teaching on missions and global updates, you’ll hear directly from missionaries and partners and spend time in prayer for them. In just 90 minutes, you’ll be exposed to powerful aspects of the Christian life that shape our global outreach efforts.

Young Adults Rocky Point Mission Trip

Thursday, March 26 – Sunday, March 29, 2026 | All campuses | Rocky Point, Mexico

Cost: $500

Young Adults will be working with 1Mission, a mission organization, to build a house for a family in need.

Tanzania Secondary School Graduation Trip

Tuesday, May 26 – Saturday, June 6, 2026 | All campuses | Tanzania, Africa

Cost: $3,200 estimated

Participants will attend the graduation ceremonies of our graduating Form 6 students in Mairowa and Kondoa, visit sponsored children and their families at their homes in both villages, and tour the two secondary schools.

The trip cost is $3,200 but is subject to change depending on flight availability.

YTH Slovakia Mission Trip

Friday, June 5 – Monday, June 15, 2026 | Cactus Campus | Slovakia

Cost: $2,800

YTH students will be working with a local SBC supported worker to host activities for the local youth.

YTH Romania Mission Trip

Friday, June 19 – Monday, June 29, 2026 | Fountain Hills Campus | Romania

Cost: $2,800

YTH students will be partnering with a local church hosting VBS and youth events in a village in Romania.

YTH Honduras Mission Trip

Wednesday, June 24 – Wednesday, July 1, 2026 | North Ridge Campus | Honduras

Cost: $1,500

YTH students will be partnering with local workers to distribute food to local families and hosting youth events for kids.

Yucatan Mission Trip

Saturday, July 18 – Saturday, July 25, 2026 | All campuses | Yucatan, Mexico

Cost: $2,300 estimated

In the lush tropical jungle of the Yucatan, a mission hospital has been established to serve the poorest of the poor. Thousands are helped each year, and lives are changed. This team will provide medical (surgery and primary care), conduct a VBS program for 100 kids in partnership with a local church that follows up with the children and their families, and do construction or projects at the local hospital to bless the ministry. This is a great trip for families.

The estimated cost of the trip is around $2,300 but can vary depending on flight availability.

At SBC, we’re passionate about raising up the next generation of missions-minded leaders. In the coming year many of our students will be answering God’s call to share the hope of Christ and serve others across the globe.
